Taylor Gregory is Surfside Fitness’s newest team member and brings over a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness. A former Division I track athlete at the University of Vermont, Taylor developed his training expertise while working with athletes and clients of all fitness levels. His simple, results-driven approach aligns perfectly with Surfside’s philosophy, helping members build strength, confidence, and long-term success. Now back at the Jersey Shore, he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Kelly has been a fitness trainer and instructor for 30 years and is a true professional. She has worked with many of our seniors and has been incredible with clients facing Parkinson’s, arthritis, dementia, and other specialized wellness needs. These unique scenarios, and many more, have been a part of her vast training experience throughout the years. It has been wonderful knowing I have a teammate who can make every client feel comfortable while helping them safely achieve their wellness goals, all with the biggest, brightest smile!

Caroline is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor with four years of experience teaching strength and cardio classes. Caroline lives in Philadelphia, PA. She loves getting in a total body workout with the amazing Surfside patrons before spending the day on the beach! She seeks to create a challenging workout for all fitness levels where you’ll leave feeling accomplished and strong.
