Paul Ricci

Head Personal Trainer

Former Professional Strength & Conditioning coach for Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets, and Cleveland Browns of the NFL. Former Performance director at University of Maryland Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Towson University Men’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Golf. Paul will take your athlete to the next level in all necessary capacities, including the following: improve muscle imbalances, flexibility, joint mobility, strength, body composition and stamina. Madi Schenck

Manager / Personal Trainer

Madi Schenck is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics. She played basketball throughout high school and later pursued bodybuilding and powerlifting in college, gaining a deep understanding of strength and performance training. Having been active her entire life and involved in a variety of sports, Madi brings a versatile and energetic approach to her coaching. She works with clients of all ages, helping each person reach their unique fitness goals through personalized, motivating workouts. Madi’s mission is to empower others to build confidence, strength, and a lasting love for movement.

Taylor Gregory

Group Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer

Taylor Gregory is Surfside Fitness’s newest team member and brings over a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness. A former Division I track athlete at the University of Vermont, Taylor developed his training expertise while working with athletes and clients of all fitness levels. His simple, results-driven approach aligns perfectly with Surfside’s philosophy, helping members build strength, confidence, and long-term success. Now back at the Jersey Shore, he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Kelly Pennoni

Group Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer

Kelly Pennoni is sunshine in human form!
Kelly has been a fitness trainer and instructor for 30 years and is a true professional. She has worked with many of our seniors and has been incredible with clients facing Parkinson’s, arthritis, dementia, and other specialized wellness needs. These unique scenarios, and many more, have been a part of her vast training experience throughout the years. It has been wonderful knowing I have a teammate who can make every client feel comfortable while helping them safely achieve their wellness goals, all with the biggest, brightest smile!

Kristin Camp

Group Fit Instructor

Kristin has been teaching group fitness classes for over 35 years! She always creates an energetic and fun environment that keeps you engaged and motivates you to come back. Kristin lives in West Chester, PA and looks forward to summer weekends in Avalon every year.

Caroline Camp

Group Fit Instructor

Caroline is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor with four years of experience teaching strength and cardio classes. Caroline lives in Philadelphia, PA. She loves getting in a total body workout with the amazing Surfside patrons before spending the day on the beach! She seeks to create a challenging workout for all fitness levels where you’ll leave feeling accomplished and strong.
