Work every inch of your body down to the tips of your barefoot toes. Mashup of yoga, kettle bells, light weights, cardio, and core work.
High intensity interval circuit training (HIIT). Anything goes : kettle bells, trx, weights, cardio, bodyweight.
Low impact core-centric total body suspension strength training.
Low impact suspension training with high intensity cardio bursts.

Cover all your based with two of the most effective tools : TRX and kettle bells.
Dance BODY BLAST
Blast the tunes, work the body - choreographed dance cardio with sets & reps of core and sculpting.
Indoor cycling cardio ride.

Combines cardio cycling with intervals of strength training.
T.L.C.: Toned Legs & Core
45 minutes of leg and core work.

COST: $15 or Summer Class Pass: 10 for $100.
