Basic Training

WHAT: The indoor version of Beach Boot Camp, for those that love the concept, but don't enjoy dealing with Mother Nature.

WHEN: July 3- August 16, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am

WHERE: SIC Community Lodge on JFK Blvd

COST: $15 or Summer Class Pass: 10 for $100.

 

CARDIOBARRE

High energy, low impact workout focusing on lengthening & strengthening muscles. Combines barre work with cardio, light weights, and mat work in the center.

Total Body workout that incorporates low impact dance cardio, barre work, and floor work.
