Cheryl was a Division I point guard for the Towson State Women’s Basketball Team. Train with Cheryl Fitness started as private basketball lessons for young players during her summer breaks in college. Over the last 20 years, Cheryl has perfected the art of creating champions.
Gary has over thirty years of weight training. These qualifications include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), explosive strength training, and group training. He specializes in strength training, weight loss & muscle Toning. A quote from Gary, “As a personal trainer I strive to better the lives both physically and emotionally of the people in which I train. Before someone is active it is easy for them to look down on themselves and having a trainer there to assist is a way to know that someone is truly on your side and wants to see you improve”.
