SENIOR/BEGINNER AEROBICS WITH KAREN – Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. BEGINNER PILATES WITH STACEY – Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. STRENGTH CIRCUIT for SENIORS WITH CHARBEL:  Fridays at 9:00 a.m. - learn the proper form for exercises on the circuit equipment with a coach and even music! need 4 participants to hold class. Non-Members welcome to all classes for $12.
