Cost

Group Strength & Conditioning
$10 per workout
$100 pre-paid for 12 workouts
 
Private Sessions*: $55 each.
Train with a friend for $35 each.
10 sessions for $50 each.
 
* Additional fees for travel time if applicable.
 
***Cancellation Policy: 24 hour Cancellation Notice Required. Less than 24-hour notice is a $30 fee. Less than 3 hours notice full fee required. Thank you for your consideration.
