Shooting – lay-ups, jump shots,
foul shots, shooting off the dribble |

One on One Moves – V-cuts, using
screens, getting open |

Defense and Rebounding – footwork,
body position, awareness |
| Friday: |
Contests and Games – nothing but
fun! For everyone! |

JUNIOR CAMP (Ages 6 thru

- Great group stations to teach each aspect of the game
